13 Jun Radish Chips with Herb Butter
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup of herbs minced (thyme, rosemary, dill, garlic)
salt to taste
1. Mince herbs of your choice as finely as possible.
2. Add to softened butter. Whisk together and add salt to taste.
3. Cut radishes into slices of halves. Top with small dollop of butter
