We are still looking for great VOLUNTEERS – to help set up and take down the Market booths, answer questions, give Market tours, and solicit the generous donations from our Vendors for the weekly market basket. Volunteering is a great way to meet people and support the community. On your volunteer days: Please wear sturdy shoes with good support, bring a sun hat, water bottle, and sun screen, and wear layers!
Volunteer Shifts Available:
7am-9am Market Set Up: Help hang banners, put out signs, set up the Market info booth materials, the Community Group tents, and the Music tent. Put out the garbage and recycling containers, umbrellas, tables, and chairs… get the Market ready to go!
9am-2pm, full or half day Market Info Booth volunteer: Help sell Market merchandise, answer questions, collect raffle basket donations and tickets, and enter Credit/Debit/EBT transactions.
1:30-3:30pm Market Closer: Help put tables chairs, tents, and other equipment back into the Market shed… clean up the Plaza after Market is done.
Even just a few hours of your time means a Lot and goes a long way to make Market Day go smoothly!
