31 Jul Zucchini Dill Soup
Grate 3 medium to small zucchinis. Saute 1/2 medium onion in some butter
till soft. Add zucchini and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add vegetable or chicken
stock. bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes. Puree until smooth.
Season with salt, pepper and lots of fresh dill. Serve warm or chilled.
